ISO Certificate, Snc.id Guarantees Quality and Service Standards

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Snc.id received ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications from the British Standard Institution (BSI).
snc.id Chief Information Security Officer Bruce Hanadi said that obtaining ISO 9001:2015 will standardize all business processes, especially from the backoffice and management side carried out in the snc.id environment, while ISO 27001 will ensure snc.id meets qualification standards, especially in the cyber security industry.
By receiving both certifications, Bruce explained that snc.id has certainty of quality standards in services and services to customers.
"With ISO 9001 and 27001, customers will receive a guarantee of certain quality standards for services and services carried out by snc.id and there is certainty that these quality standards will not go down," Bruce said in a press release, Thursday (16/2).
The ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certificates awarded to snc.id were issued by the British Standard Institution which has international accreditation standards. These standardization requirements are very strict. The process to obtain them also goes through a long process.
Bruce said that in the ISO standardization process, snc.id has gone through several stages starting from socializing the importance of ISO 9001 and 27001 at all levels of snc.id employees to ensuring that all standard operating procedures (SOPs) that have been made are carried out in an orderly manner.
"A number of stages of the standardization process carried out include socializing / awareness of the importance of ISO 9001 and 27001 at all levels of snc.id employees, the commitment of snc.id top level management to achieve ISO 9001 and 27001, to ensure that all SOPs that have been made are carried out in an orderly manner along with the evidence," added Bruce.
The certification submission by BSI was also witnessed by representatives of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). On this occasion, Director of Cybersecurity and Industrial Passwords of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) Intan Rahayu explained the importance of ISO/IEC 9001: 2015 and 27001: 2013.
Intan explained that ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems. This standard provides guidelines for implementing an effective quality management system and ensures that organizations continue to improve the quality of products or services received by customers.
Meanwhile, ISO 27001 is an international standard for information security management. It provides guidance for implementing an effective information security system and ensures that information collected, stored and transmitted by the organization is protected from loss or damage.
